I am a wine professional with 15 years’ experience, over which time we have seen unprecedented change in the industry at all levels. This has driven me to look ahead and keep an open mind when approaching any role. Wine is my passion and being able to share it with clients, guests and colleagues is one of the greatest pleasures of my life.

I have an immense love for the classic wines of Europe. Burgundy, Champagne, The Loire, Bordeaux and The Rhône are at the core of my understanding of wine but this has never limited my desire to seek out and understand emerging regions and styles. My most recent areas of fascination have been with the wines of The Jura, Southern Chile, what I would refer to as The New California and The New Spain, the alpine regions of Italy and France, and of course our own back yard, Victoria being of particular interest to me. I have an ingrained understanding and passion for geology, geography and history, in particular where it relates to wine, cuisine and culture. This interest has been fostered my entire life through a geologist parent and has always added another layer of depth to my understanding of wine.
